You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Intellectual Property All software, design, branding, and content comprising the ClipMind Service (excluding user-provided content) are owned by ClipMind and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only.

Mind maps and outputs you generate using the Service are yours. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service.

  1. Subscription and Payment ClipMind offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described below.

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge by contacting [email protected]. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted except where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date.

Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are solely responsible for verifying and using any generated content.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClipMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

  4. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by applicable law. We both agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue relief through binding arbitration or small claims court.
